'Joker' is being shot in Chandigarh for a while now, and the movie starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha has been in the news constantly. Being directed by Shirish Kunder, there were talks that Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan would be making a special appearance together in this flick. It was touted that they would do a special dance number for it. With Katrina having been the main lead for Farah Khan's 'Tees Maar Khan' and with her 'Sheila Ki Jawani' number having become a craze, news spread like rapid fire that Shirish and wife Farah were keen that Kat make an appearance in 'Joker'. Also, Farah Khan's close proximity to Salman (they are good friends) is well known. And the potential of Salman being a part of this venture isn't too far-fetched either.
The world now believes that Salman and Katrina will groove to a song together in 'Joker'. However, sources close to the actress say that the above news is just speculation. We are told, "Since Farah is close to both Katrina and Salman, people are assuming that she'll approach the two for a song. Nothing has come forth yet. Priyanka Chopra up in arms against Kareena Kapoor: War between Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra does not seem to end even after Piggy Chops has broken off with Bebo’s ex Shahid Kapoor.
After Priyanka’s split with Shahid, she seems to have again upset Kareena Kapoor. According to Kareena, Priyanka keeps rubbing her on the wrong side over and over again. In fact, the duo had publicly patched up at the Mumbai Police Mela in December last year at the behest of Shah Rukh and Saif Ali Khan. Interestingly, Bebo thought that things had got sorted between the two of them, but it all started when Priyanka made a comment in a film magazine in mid-March, saying, “I don`t think Kareena likes me”. This comment left Kareena hurt to no extend. Speaking to a newspaper, a source close to Kareena said, "Kareena was shocked when she read it. Patch-up ke baad koi aisa baat kar sakta hai? Kyun?"
However Bebo ignored reacting on it but Priyanka was not finished yet. A few days later Kareena heard Priyanka say at a recent press conference that she considers Kareena as an actress but it’s a pity that Kareena doesn`t consider her one. “This was like hitting the roof”, the source said. Shahrukh Khan did not give me acting lessons: Giselle Monteiro: Brazilian model-actress Giselle Monteiro, who is all excited to be a part of Shahrukh Khan's upcoming production "Always Kabhi Kabhi", says the Bollywood superstar did not give her any acting lessons.
The 22-year-old began her acting career in Bollywood with the role of Harleen Kaur, alongside Saif Ali Khan, in Imtiaz Ali's "Love Aaj Kal" in 2009.
"I met Shahrukh on the sets of the film but I did not interact much. He did not really provide any acting lessons or tips," Giselli told PTI.
Produced by Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment, "Always Kabhi Kabhi" is based on the theme of high-school life. "The movie is about four students from high school and their relationship with parents. I am just looking forward to it with a lot of excitement," said Giselle.
She will be seen alongside Producer Karim Morani's daughter Zoa, Satyajit Dubey, a theatre artist and Ali Fazal, who played Joy Lobo in "3 Idiots".
"It was awesome working with all of them. It is something that is really big for all of us. We have put in a lot of hard work... gave our heart for the film. We are good friends now," Giselle said at the recently concluded Lakme Fashion Week where she cheered for her co-star and friend Zoa Morani, who is making her debut with the same film.
"I was here to cheer and support Zoa as she was walking the ramp," she said.
