She had then flown to Mumbai to promote her film Tanu Weds Manu. Meanwhile, Dhawan had moved on with the shoot, hoping to convince Kangana at a later time. Well, he has now convinced Kangana but not fully.
We hear the actress will be seen in a bikini in the film, but she won’t get wet. She is apparently not comfortable getting wet in the bikini. So she has opted for the two-piece on condition that she remains dry.

But when the time came for Kangs to slip into a two-piece she had second thoughts and refused to do the scene. Several reasons are being cited for her flip-flop. One is that she backed out after learning that in the scene Sanjay and Ajay were supposed to ogle at her. Another is that she was not comfortable in slipping into the two-piece because she has gained weight recently and did not want her flab to be seen. Whatever the reason, we hear the shoot was stalled for hours after Kangana refused to wear the bikini despite persuasion by the director and co-stars. Not just that, she later left the Thailand shoot mid-way and flew down to Mumbai to promote her film Tanu Weds Manu.
Thankfully, the issue has now been sorted out and we hear that Kangana has at last agreed to wear the bikini.
