My Name Is Khan
Salman Khan to tease Katrina Kaif again?: Dabangg star Salman Khan is always in his naughty and jolly form and he maintained the same at the 17th Annual Star Screen Awards. Even though much have been said and written about this couple, nothing could spoil their affection for each other. They might not be love birds now but they still love each other.
Katrina became again the target of Salman’s teasing! After finishing her performance at the event, Katrina was approaching towards her van to relax. Salman was sitting at his vanity van, which was parked beside her van. So, Salman called her up to sit with him. The lady obeyed and Salman welcomed her with a warm hug and a kiss on forehead. They had little chit chat and then Katrina was going towards her van to change.
The twist of the story comes now when Salman suddenly yells saying, ‘abhi kiske saath hai tu?’ This definitely changed the face expression of Katrina and she turned around to rebuke Sallu. But the ever naughty Salman changed his gesture towards Kat’s bodyguard making it look like as if he was asking the question to that man. He again asked the same question to the bodyguard with a huge smile on face.
Well, Katrina might have understood by this time that she will have to manage with such public teasing throughout her life!

Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan fight: will they meet or friends again?: Now, the 17th Star screen Awards held in Mumbai provided a good platform for Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan to meet and be friends again.
The show was anchored by SRK and Shahid Kapoor together, while Salman Khan was supposed to do a dance performance on stage, apart from accept his Best Actor award for which he was nominated.
But instead of giving a live performance, Salman opted for a video recording of the performance which will be added in the final telecast of the award show.
Clearly, it was Salman’s plan not to bump into SRK now that the latter has admitted on a chat show that his spat with Sallu was due to his (SRK’s) fault.
Earlier this week, Salman and SRK almost bumped into each other at the international airport when they arrived from Dubai after New Year celebrations. The two landed in Mumbai on the same day, same time, though in separate chartered planes. And they came out the airport within minutes of each other.
Inexplicably, the twain continues to avoid each other.

My Name Is Khan
Best Actor Star Screen award goes to 'Salman Khan': It was an almost clean sweep by Dabangg at the 17th Annual Star Screen Awards. Though it couldn’t win the Best Film trophy, its lead actor Salman Khan won the Best Actor honours.
First week into the New Year, Bollywood has already begun awarding the best talents and films of 2010. Held at the MMRDA Grounds in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex, the 17th annual Star Screen Awards was a gala night with performances from many stars, including Aishwarya Rai, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra and Bipasha Basu.
The highlight of the evening was Shahrukh Khan who anchored the show along with Shahid Kapoor. The duo had everyone in splits with their banter and jokes.
Vikramditya Motwane’s small-budget film that got rave reviews, Udaan, was awarded the Best Film trophy. Motwane also won the Best Director award. Salman Khan pipped Shahrukh Khan to grab the Best Actor (Male) award but SRK did win the Best Actor by Popular Choice (Male) award for his performance in My Name Is Khan.
Vidya Balan was named the Best Actor (Female) for her performance in Ishqiya, and Katrina Kaif won the Best Actor Popular Choice (Female) for her role in Raajneeti.
Ajay Devgan, who starred in three hit films in 2010 was named the Best Performer.
Ranveer Singh, of Band Baaja Baaraat won the Most Promising Newcomer (Male) award and Sonakshi Sinha was named the best debutante for Dabangg.

17th Star Screen Awards 2011 nominations list: The nominations for the 17th Annual Star Screen Awards throw up a few surprises. For instance, Dabangg and My Name Is Khan, two blockbusters of 2010, are missing from the Best Film nominations.
However, both Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan are, as expected, contending in the Best Actor category for their performances in aforementioned movies. Interestingly, Rishi Kapoor is also nominated in the same category for his performance in the small-budget film Do Dooni Char.
In the Best Director category, too, Abhinav Kashyap and Karan Johar are missing. Rather, Maneesh Sharma has made it for his direction in Band Baaja Baaraat.
