Mink singh gets sex with a businessman offer!: Even as the south Indian film industry is still reeling with dented reputation caused by the involvement of some actresses in prostitution racket, a similar spectre has reared its head in Bollywood. Reports say actress Mink Singh recently got an offer of lakhs of rupees to have sex with a businessman.

Mink tells a tabloid that she was contacted by a man on the phone. He offered her Rs. 10 lakh for doing a sari ad. The inordinate amount of money just for an ad did make Mink suspicious. Then on March 1, the man called again and came straight to the point.

He admitted that he was a pimp and he dropped names of a few actresses in Bollywood whom he claimed to have arranged for a few businessmen and politicians. Furthermore, he invited Mink to a five-star hotel and told her that he would get her introduced to his client and that she would get Rs. 15 lakh for spending the night with him.

Obviously, Mink was shocked by the man’s brash offer. She disconnected the phone but did decide to go to the media and reveal everything about the episode.

Katrina Kaif is boring in latest slice ad: Arshad Warsi: Her legion of loyal fans swear by her beauty, but Arshad Warsi finds Katrina Kaif pakao (boring).
The actor certainly doesn’t seem to approve of Katrina in her latest ad for the fruit drink Slice.

“How pakao is Katrina in the Slice ad, kairi pakadti hai aur vo aam ban jata hai... Angoor do toh shayad Wine banjayegi...” Arshad joked on his Twitter page.

It’s clear that Arshad is trying to show his sense of humour here but how many people will be amused by it is an open question.

Meanwhile, the actor will next be seen doing comedy in Double Dhamaal.
'Yeh Faasley' Review: What could have been an intriguing tale of a daughter inquiring into the mysterious death of her long dead mother turns out to be unqualified hodgepodge of forced sentimentality and lacklustre suspense because the writer-director embarks upon what has become the mantra of a lot of teams playing the present cricket world cup: self destruction.

Father-daughter stories are few and far between in Hindi film industry and Yeh Faasley did have the potential to be a fine thriller with emotional complexities between a daughter and a father who’s not what he appears to be.

Arunima (Tena Desae) returns to her father Dev’s (Anupam Kher) home after completing her studies. Her mother died when Arunima was a kid and therefore she hardly has any memories of her and totally relies on the account of her mom given by her father.

But then, slowly and slowly, skeletons begin to tumble out of the closet as Arunima chances upon a will written by her mother and also meets an old friend (Pawan Malhotra) of her mom, leading her to believe that her father could have a hand in her mom’s death.

A nice premise certainly, but how one wishes that director Yogesh Mittal hadn’t botched it up. The film begins promisingly, but then stretches on painfully as it slips into flashbacks. Even the courtroom scenes fail to enliven the proceedings.

Anupam Kher pitches in a sincere performance but is let down by a poorly written character. Tena Desae shows a few flashes of good acting but hams it up when she has to look hysterical. Pawan Malhotra and Seema Biswas hardly have a role to write about.

Final word: keep distance from Yeh Faasley.

The film will have the south mega star playing three roles and obviously there will be three leading ladies opposite him. From the day the project was announced, speculation has been rife as to who will bag the coveted parts.

Rekha was the first to be named. Deepika Padukone was too busy to commit to the project initially, but walked out of Housefull sequel to take out dates for Rajinikanth. For the third lady, several names were being touted, including the likes of Katrina Kaif and Asin.

But guess what? It’s Vidya Balan who’s learnt to have clinched the role.

The reason for the choice of actresses could be that all three are originally from the south and therefore will have no problem with dialogues.

The movie, to be directed by KS Ravi Kumar, will apparently have Rajini playing an old man, a middle-aged man, and a young man.

Even at 61, Rajini rocks.
Amitabh Bachchan’s 'Boodha' with Five bollywood beauties!: Puri Jagannath’s film Boodha (Oldie) starring Amitabh Bachchan is going to feature five pretty actresses.

The actresses signed up for the film include Minissha Lamba, Neha Sharma, Sonal Chauhan, Raveena Tandon and Hema Malini. Of the five, Big B has worked only with Raveena and Hema in the past.

The movie will also mark the comeback of Raveena to the big screen. She’s been away from the limelight ever since she married Anil Thadani.

Shahrukh Khan convinced 'Dabangg' director?: Abhinav Kashyap’s ouster from Dabangg sequel is being met with a lot of speculation. Buzz is that he has switched loyalty to Shahrukh Khan.

Arbaaz Khan has confirmed that Kashyap won’t direct Dabangg sequel due to “personal and professional reasons” but never went on to clarify what those reasons are. Kashyap’s ambivalence towards directing the sequel was rooted first and foremost in the fact that he had his differences with Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan during and after the making of the film. On top of it came a lucrative directing offer from none other than Shahrukh Khan.

SRK had approached Kashyap with an offer to direct an entertainer for him. But rather than succumbing to the offer at first temptation, Kashyap, we hear, had opted to stick with Salman and Arbaaz for Dabangg 2 because he is attached to his debut film.

Alas, Arbaaz did not offer him a good paycheque. Reportedly, he was being paid the same amount he got for Dabangg, even though other banners, including SRK’s Red Chillies, were willing to shell out Rs. 2-3 crores to Kashyap.

Naturally, Kashyap opted for SRK’s film and bowed out of Dabangg sequel. Now, Arbaaz will himself direct the sequel.
