Bollywood's lagendary 'Zohra Sehgal' turns 100 years!
Globally acclaimed creator Salman Rushdie has sent out day to relax and be pampered wishes to Indian theatre doyenne Zohra Sehgal, who turned a century old Friday. Rushdie declares she is "100 years adolescent".
"The famous Indian actress Zohra Sehgal is 100 years green! Congrats to my Zohra Khala! Much affection from New York," tweeted Rushdie, creator of controversial book "The Satanic Verses".
Zohra at present lives in New Delhi and stays with her daughter, Odissi dance expert Kiran Sehgal. She was final viewed in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 2007 film "Saawariya".
